Mixed source 48b69eb, replayed whole with --no-commit. Retains complete capability_tests.rs and rss_process_tool_tests.rs contributions. Modify/delete conflicts for plugin_graph_tests.rs, support/signed_tool_effects.rs and tools_pin_six_variants.rs resolve to base absence; their signed graph contributions remain assigned to Draft.

Mixed source 06034bd replayed whole with --no-commit. Keeps generic snapshot/clear retry and gauge changes. Resolves service restore_pinned_tool conflict to base absence, restores base workspace token claim, agent main, static dispatch and agent_host. Canonical envelopes, sealed pin recovery and workspace_identity API remain assigned to Draft.
Mixed source 4b41fc5 replayed whole with --no-commit without conflicts. Keeps complete gateway_tests.rs contribution. Restores base agent_loop_tests.rs, coding_agent_edge_e2e_tests.rs and provider_opaque_tool_loop_tests.rs; retained envelope, original pin/workspace recovery and stateless Native opt-in assertions remain assigned to Draft.

Mixed source 85e3b06 replayed whole with --no-commit. Keeps complete generic Arc cache/runner producer-consumer adaptation and source/file/bundle/context/cancel/module/frame tests. Keeps checked Vm::try_new(program.as_ref().clone()). Resolves retained helper/tests conflicts to base absence; restores agent_host and omits retained registry-first sub-assertion inside generic frame-order test. These retained contributions remain assigned to Draft.

Scope
Consolidate production auth/provider/CLI, source bundles, workspace/session binding, HTTP/Telegram delivery, Guardian, compaction and durable continuation. Preserve the existing static six-tool route and authority boundaries.
Replay the existing generic storage shutdown, bounded process output, terminal retry visibility, held-cwd spawning, immutable program-handle sharing and bounded context snapshot fixes. Current tools-plugin/effects and graph integration are isolated in dependent Draft #7; native stack #8 is ordered #6 → #7.
Source and test-only correction
Current candidate:
e6f272a5cde71b0a63bf4d74488da54dd3cd927f. The foundation is a whole-tree consolidation of3ee3a1e16dda56e19c95d24461b7ddcb458c9576, followed by focused generic units. The subsequent correction changes onlytests/gateway_tests.rs: explicit recovery-first synchronization, real Conflict outcome checks and safe gate/waiter cleanup. All production files, SQL, public APIs, budgets and the official locked Core revision remain unchanged by that test correction. CI selects minor Rust1.99.Current candidate validation
Preserved historical evidence
Earlier c65 selected Release execution was 637 passed, 2 failed, 7 ignored. Those two SQLite fixture cancellations remain historically unexplained; they have not been rewritten as passing or claimed to be fixed by the test-only correction. The temporary authorized Core observer and consumer overrides were fully removed. Current e6 counts above come from a separate complete, source-bound execution, without retrying unchanged failing targets.
Old combined PR #5 is closed without merging; its complete source remains preserved. Draft #7 retains the original plan content plus the explicit CI policy and inherited test-only correction.
