Select numeric attributes by name, not object identity.

If a caller uses new Attribute("http.response.status_code") in both the configuration and input map, containsKey succeeds but LONG_ATTRIBUTES.contains(attr) fails. prepare then exports the status code as a string, contrary to its documented type.
