RepairDesk now keeps each calling-agent demonstration per workflow and step. From the second one on, it also calls Flow's teach_branch_from_calling_agent (OpenAdaptAI/openadapt-flow#521) and adds the resulting branch to the repair store as a separate candidate. teach_repair returns its id as branch_candidate_id.

How it behaves:

  • The branch goes through the same review and human approval as any other candidate.
  • If Flow refuses the branch, the single-step candidate stays as it was.
  • With an older Flow that has no branch support (including released 2.1.0), this step is skipped.

Tests: tests/test_repair_branch.py. They use a fake Flow; the end-to-end behaviour is tested in Flow #521.

Picks up the PyPI-based repair-e2e install now that feat/teach-repair is gone.

Carried over into the monorepo as OpenAdaptAI/OpenAdapt#1188 (merged as cb4b73bdfec2092b02427138279da3330669887d). openadapt-agent now lives in OpenAdapt/packages/agent (code in packages/flow/openadapt_flow/agent).
