Carry-over of OpenAdaptAI/openadapt-agent#76 (feat/multi-demo-branch, head c5b471d8).

Replayed with git format-patch --no-merges (2 commits; the merge of origin/main into the branch is skipped) and git am -3 onto main, with paths mapped to the folded layout: src/openadapt_agent/repair.py → packages/flow/openadapt_flow/agent/repair.py, tests → packages/agent/tests/ (they import through the openadapt_agent shim). Applied cleanly.

A follow-up commit reformats repair.py under openadapt-flow's Ruff config (the agent package used a longer line length). No behavior change.

Local: packages/agent pytest 478 passed, 9 skipped; ruff and mypy on packages/flow clean.

RepairDesk keeps each demonstration per workflow and step. From the second
one on, it also asks Flow's teach_branch_from_calling_agent for one branch
candidate covering them. It goes through the same review and human
approval; a refusal leaves the single-step candidate as it was, and an
older Flow without branch support is skipped.

openadapt-agent formatted with a longer line length; since the fold the
MCP server lives in openadapt_flow.agent and follows openadapt-flow's
ruff format settings. No behavior change.
