Replace pip and uv pip instructions in user-facing text with uv commands - #127

Error messages (pyarrow, pandas, polars, the arcadedb/arcadedb-jvm conflict), their tests, tests/README.md, native/wheel/README.md and the example install hints now use uv add, uv remove and uv run --no-project --with. The extras keep the single-quoted 'arcadedb-jvm[...]' form, because native/wheel/build_wheel.py renames that exact prefix to 'arcadedb[...]' for the native wheel. The commands that the benchmark examples build for their Docker containers are executed code and stay as they are. Closes #126 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
