Run the existing Python/Rust build-and-test job on both Linux x64 and native Linux ARM64. Include the runner in the check name so the two results are distinguishable.

The packaging workflow builds ARM64 wheels, but the integration-test workflow currently runs only on x64. This adds one native ubuntu-24.04-arm job using the same stable Rust toolchain, Python setup, editable build, Python tests, Rust tests, and type-stub checks. Wheel packaging and dependency versions are unchanged.

Validation: actionlint, whitespace, and structural matrix checks passed. Existing commands, triggers, toolchain and fail-fast settings are preserved. No local Cargo builds or Python/Rust test suites rerun; native Linux ARM64 execution is left to hosted CI.

Add ubuntu-24.04-arm to the existing build-and-test job, retaining x64 and all commands. Include the runner in the check name. Packaging and dependency versions are unchanged.

Validation: actionlint, git diff --check and structural matrix comparison passed. No local Cargo builds or Python/Rust test suites run; hosted CI must exercise native Linux ARM64.
