chore(deps): bump chronicle to v1.11.0 - #38

Conversation
Chronicle v1.11.0 moves its database stores, the HTTP handler and the Forge extension into modules of their own. Import paths didn't change, so qualification now requires github.com/xraph/chronicle/store/postgres next to the core. The root module only uses the core. Chronicle's newer requirements raise grove and pgdriver to v1.10.2, pgx to v5.12.0, go-utils to v1.5.0 and the OpenTelemetry SDK to v1.47.0 in all three modules (qualification was still on grove v1.7.3).

Bumps Chronicle to v1.11.0 in the root,
qualificationandqualification/writerfloor.That release splits Chronicle into modules: the core stays at
github.com/xraph/chronicle, and the database stores, the HTTP handler and the Forge extension each live in a module of their own. Import paths are unchanged.qualificationimports the Postgres store, so it now requiresgithub.com/xraph/chronicle/store/postgresas well. The root only uses the core.Chronicle's own requirements pull a few shared versions up with it, in all three modules:
go build,go vetandgo test ./...pass locally in all three modules. The Postgres-backed tests skip without their DSN, the same as on main.
