chore(deps): bump chronicle to v1.11.0 - #150

Conversation
Chronicle v1.11.0 moves its database stores, the HTTP handler and the Forge extension into modules of their own, so the core no longer pulls in Forge, Grove or any driver. Import paths didn't change. This module only uses the core, so the bump is one require line and a smaller go.sum.

Bumps Chronicle to v1.11.0.
That release moves Chronicle's database stores, its HTTP handler and its Forge extension into modules of their own, so the core you get from
github.com/xraph/chronicleno longer drags in Forge, Grove or any database driver. Import paths are unchanged. This repo only uses the core (the memory store stayed there), so the change is one require line and a go.sum that lost a few entries.go build,go vetandgo test ./...pass locally on the bumped module.
