  • Existing CI covered only basic Ubuntu and macOS builds and had no nightly failure lifecycle.
  • Adds a nightly coordinator that runs every CI workflow, opens or updates a failure issue, and closes it after recovery.
  • Adds multi-compiler, CodeQL, Semgrep, Clang analysis, sanitizer, coverage, and configuration matrix jobs.
  • Tests wolfSSL v4.8, v5.8, the latest stable release, and master without enforcing a minimum supported version.
  • Runs Linux lwIP allow and deny tests, the wolfIP TAP example, and the notification TLS, UDP, and D-Bus flow.
  • Compiles the STM32 examples and links the Cortex-M FreeRTOS and lwIP integration.
  • Uses a pinned Docker environment and restricted container capabilities for reproducible CI.
  • Validated with the native suite, example runtimes, Clang analysis, workflow syntax checks, and Skoll with zero remaining findings.

You are seeing this message because GitHub Code Scanning has recently been set up for this repository, or this pull request contains the workflow file for the Code Scanning tool.

What Enabling Code Scanning Means:

  • The 'Security' tab will display more code scanning analysis results (e.g., for the default branch).
  • Depending on your configuration and choice of analysis tool, future pull requests will be annotated with code scanning analysis results.
  • You will be able to see the analysis results for the pull request's branch on this overview once the scans have completed and the checks have passed.

For more information about GitHub Code Scanning, check out the documentation.
