fix(web): stop double-counting notification overview after archive - #2137
On API 4.37.9 / Unraid 7.3.4, archiving notifications left the sidebar at Unread (-1) and Archived (2) while the notification directory held 0 unread and 1 archived file.
The sidebar carried two workarounds for the server's counting before #2123. That PR fixed the server side but did not touch the sidebar, so both now count twice.
Unread. Before fix(api): preserve partial results and accurate notification counts #2123, archiving decremented the server's internal counts but published nothing; NOTIFICATION_OVERVIEW was only published when an unread notification was added. The archiveNotification cache policy's local unread.total-- was the only thing that updated the sidebar. Since fix(api): preserve partial results and accurate notification counts #2123, moveNotification calls synchronizeNotification, which publishes the reconciled overview before archiveNotification returns. The subscription result therefore arrives first, and the local decrement lands on an already-correct count. Unread reads one too low after every single archive. It does not accumulate, because each published overview replaces the cached value.
Both are easy to miss: opening the sidebar runs recalculateOverview, which publishes a fresh overview, and archiveAll evicts the notifications cache. The wrong counts show after archiving individual notifications with the sidebar open.
Resolution
Leave overview counts to the server's subscription instead of adjusting them in the archiveNotification merge policy, and display overview.archive.total directly in the Archived tab.

pnpm exec vitest run __test__/helpers/apollo-cache (in web/): 14 tests passed.
The new test fails on main with expected -1 to be +0 when the subscription result arrives first, and passes with this change.
pnpm codegen (in web/): passes.
Targeted ESLint and Prettier passed on the changed files, and the full web pre-commit lint/format hook passed.
vue-tsc --noEmit reports no errors in the changed files. A full type check was not clean locally because @unraid/ui was not built.
Run on Windows with Node 24.
Risk
If the overview subscription is disconnected, the unread count no longer drops on archive until the next overview event; previously it dropped locally. Live notification updates already depend on that subscription. Not yet tested on a live server with this build.
