Require verified email ownership before applying the mapping.
defaultExtractor maps any provider email claim into model.Claims without checking email_verified. GetUserinfo then assigns the mapped username for every non-empty email. A configured provider can therefore produce a mapped PreferredUsername for an unverified address.
Carry the verification result through model.Claims and apply the mapping only when the email is verified. Fail closed when the provider does not supply a verification result.

Summary
This PR adds support for mapping OAuth user emails to custom preferred usernames via configuration or file.
Motivation
When authenticating via OAuth/OIDC providers that do not provide a
preferred_usernameclaim (such as Google OAuth) or where the provider's username does not match downstream account usernames, Tinyauth falls back to auto-generating pseudo-usernames (e.g.<prefix>_<domain>). Downstream applications (such as Home Assistant OIDC auth) often rely on matchingpreferred_usernameto link existing local accounts seamlessly.Changes
