Document the vibe-coded workflow with Tableau MCP and plugin setup, and describe the package, manifests, workbook integration, and runtime APIs in Data App Details. Include site administration, security guidance, screenshots, and navigation. Retain the original getting-started and manifest content under delet-this-prefixed filenames; consolidate the Hello World material into the details reference.
Add question marks to question-style titles and headings across extension guides, align reload-guide link labels, and remove trailing whitespace.
Remove the retained manifest page and its sidebar entry. Point remaining manifest references to Data App Details.

Add Cloud-only beta documentation for Tableau Data Apps, including a vibe-coded getting-started workflow using Tableau MCP and the Tableau plugin, a technical reference for packages and workbook integration, and administration and security guidance with screenshots.
Add the guides to navigation, retain the original extension-packaging guide for reference, and consolidate manifest documentation into Data App Details. Also standardize question-style headings and related link labels.
Validation: production website builds and the live development preview compiled successfully; documentation references were updated after removing the superseded manifest page.
