/signup-welcomeis an orphaned "thanks for signing up" page. Nothing in docs, ui-ex, landing or flyctl links to it, and Alex doesn't know of anything that does, so it getsnoindexinstead of a meta description. With this, every remaining page without a description is covered by https://github.com/superfly/docs-tracking/issues/354 (flyctl) and https://github.com/superfly/docs-tracking/issues/364 (obsolete guides), or intentionally left without one.
