Release notes in English and Swedish for #150 (the plan's clock as half a day, the next a swipe away, and the sun as an area of the forecast) and #149 (the energy tax refund row has left the app). The 0.6.6 paragraph no longer names the row, and the 0.6.0 one goes, so both files stay under 4000 characters. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fredrik, 3 Nov 2026: the energy tax refund after battery storage should not be in the iPhone app. This reverts #145 (3591e80) in full: the History row, its view, model, demo answers, tests, screenshot script lines and the CLAUDE.md paragraph.
