Summary
Adds warehouse list/get through direct regional Metrics HTTP APIs, with pagination, explicit --all, bounded traversal, resource-name validation and credential-safe output. Existing creation, validation, setup and connector commands stay unchanged.
Dependency
Depends on #122. This fork branch carries the same foundation commits, so the main-targeted diff includes the foundation until it lands. Kept draft for dependency review; do not merge out of order.
Verification
Node 24, pnpm build and full pnpm qa passed after current-main auth integration. 85 warehouse-read tests pass using MSW, including empty protobuf lists, permissions, pagination cycles, redaction and auth-free dry-runs. Existing E2E regression checks run in CI. No live API compatibility claim.
