The /dotcom pages described Sourcegraph.com's mission and open source index, which no longer reflect the company's direction. - Delete docs/dotcom/ - Redirect the /dotcom URLs to the docs home - Drop the pages' Algolia product mapping Co-authored-by: Amp <amp@ampcode.com> Amp-Thread-ID: https://ampcode.com/threads/T-01a1561c-0b8e-707d-937b-1b99cf0699a5

Removes the
/dotcomdocs. Sourcegraph.com is still running, but these pages described a mission and open source indexing commitment that no longer reflect the company's direction, and they don't serve readers.docs/dotcom/(the index page and "Indexing the OSS universe"); nothing else in the docs linked to them, and they were not in the sidebar/dotcom,/dotcom/indexing-open-source-code, and the older/dotcom/indexing_open_source_codeto the docs home, so external links don't 404Redirect and link checks against the merge base report no new findings.
