Two risk acceptances in the seidroid-review workflow's input descriptions named Brandon Chatham as their owner: the dev omnigent-base-url default and the unrestricted shell granted to the review agent. He has left Sei, so both acceptances had no current owner.

This assigns both to the Platform team, so they no longer depend on one person. The wording, the inputs and their defaults are otherwise unchanged.
