This Dependabot PR moves the pinned ai-assistant.yml from v0.0.22 to v0.0.27 (a3e422d). The new pin is fine, but uci-ref and the # See: comments still point to v0.0.22. That leaves the reusable workflow at one version and the prompt files it loads at another.

[suggestion] This changes uses: to a3e422d (v0.0.27), but with.uci-ref (line 21) is still 4bd0b7826bdf7966c2bd899b8810a3aaaa52e80d (v0.0.22). The input's own description says "Pin to your uses: ref". uci-ref picks the sparse checkout of .github/seidroid/ai-review that the assistant prompt is built from, so as written, v0.0.27 workflow logic runs with v0.0.22 prompt files. Set uci-ref to a3e422db031508ff0b2adf2e66e5a2860a8858e2, and change both # See: .../v0.0.22 comments (lines 11 and 20) to v0.0.27 so the pins don't drift again on the next bump.
