Purpose or design rationale of this PR
Dependency bumps for known vulnerabilities:
golang-jwt/jwt/v4v4.5.0 → v4.5.2 (GO-2025-3553, GO-2024-3250). The coordinator's JWT middleware parses tokens before authentication, so an unauthenticated client could cause excessive memory allocation.jackc/pgx/v5v5.5.4 → v5.9.2 (GO-2026-4771, GO-2026-4772, GO-2026-5004). The SQL injection requires the simple query protocol, which we do not enable.klauspost/compressv1.17.9 → v1.18.7 (GO-2026-5841) andgorilla/websocket→ v1.5.3 (GO-2026-6278). Neither vulnerable path is reachable in our binaries; these bumps clear GitHub alerts. Also fixes the flaky
TestFetchRunningMissingBlocks: it passed a nil chain config, which panics when the test L2 node has produced a block.govulncheck on the deployed binaries: reachable findings 34 → 30, none new.
