Addresses the LF Energy request for a license file in this repository and adds the default security policy for the CRA stewardship statement (rtc-tools/rtc-tools#1825). It also adds the logo and some sections to the organization profile.
Changes
LICENSE: CC-BY-4.0 legal code. The technical charter (§4.b.iv) specifies CC-BY-4.0 for documentation, and this repository holds no code.profile/README.md:# RTC-Toolsheading, with the white variant for dark mode. The images are loaded fromrtc-tools/rtc-toolsonmaster.SECURITY.md: the LF CRA stewardship paragraph, unchanged from the template, plus the reporting channels. These are GitHub private vulnerability reporting (where enabled) andinfo@rtctools.energy, the addressCONTRIBUTING.mdalready uses. GitHub applies it to organization repositories that have noSECURITY.mdof their own.README.md: describes what this repository contains.
