docs: cover remaining ReScript v12 features and tooling - #1456

Recover the useful documentation changes from the v13-roadmap stash after comparing them with current master and open PRs. Preserve superseding React, spread, and build-architecture fixes. Update build commands and post-build hook behavior, document analyzer features with their minimum versions, and add missing language and genType coverage. Regenerate the JavaScript examples with the v12 compiler.

Update the v12 build docs to use current CLI commands, explain platform packages and post-build hooks, and cover how to compare incremental builds. Remove the obsolete dependency-file guidance.
Document the analyzer’s CLI, reactive mode, scoped
@@liveand@@deadannotations, and suppression globs, including the versions that introduced them.Add missing manual and syntax lookup coverage for unified arithmetic, function directives, private module-type constraints, polymorphic-variant coercions, nested records, and unboxed built-in types. Add a table of genType’s built-in TypeScript mappings.
