docs: clarify agent rules and interop examples

Correct Object.magic to Obj.magic and match the interop examples to the shared React Router bindings. Point warning checks at yarn build:res.

Clarify when route interfaces need updating, allow multiple exports in reusable component modules, and present the loader pattern as an example.

Document filename exceptions and distinguish component tests from end-to-end tests of browser history.

Merge after #1449, then retarget this PR to master.

Part of #1421.
