@TomasVotruba here should be proper fix to fix infinite loop on rector-laravel and drupal-rector:

• Fix infinite loop in unit tests per latest rector dev-main driftingly/rector-laravel#584
• Fix infinite loop on use latest rector dev-main palantirnet/drupal-rector#437

The issue was the rules there tried to resolve from ClassReflection which not refreshed to due the idempoten.

This PR try to fix it with added test for it 👍

Can you add a little bench test before/after this? AST resolver might a quite expensive.
A script in bench/* would do with some reproducer and timing results.
