ClosureToArrowFunctionRector converted one nesting level per traverse pass, so deeply nested closures needed as many passes as their depth. When the arrow body is itself a convertible closure, refactor it recursively in the same call, so each closure node is handled once.

When a closure's arrow body is itself a convertible closure, refactor it in the same call so each closure node is handled once, instead of leaving inner closures for later traverse passes.
