• Add Czech translations for strings used in the backend that were missing from cs.json (Back, Edit, Type, Activity Log, More Actions, View User, …),
• Fix wording and punctuation of a few existing strings.

Notes:

• Most of the added keys are also missing from en.json, so other translations may be missing them as well.
• controllers/users/config_form.yaml has no title for the create and update pages, so the generic "New :name" / "Edit :name" defaults are used and the page titles can't be translated as whole phrases. Adding e.g. title: Create User and title: Edit User (as usergroups does) would fix it.
