Docs for the new Casdoor backend in python-social-auth/social-core#2165.

Adds a casdoor page in the same layout as the Vault and Weblate pages: the class path, the three settings you need (endpoint, key, secret), where to find them in Casdoor, and how the username and display name are mapped. It's also added to the backends index.

I built the docs locally with -W and they build clean.
