No library in the tree carries those erl_ids any more (ee/libc moved to newlib, ee/math was removed), so the loader could never satisfy them.

Defect 3 from #924, done the way uyjulian ruled there: the
libc,libmathandlibmfentries are dropped from everyerl_dependancieslist, including the hello sample. Nothing in the tree provides those ids any more, so the loader could never satisfy them. String-list deletions only, unbuilt here.
