…flow-level defaults/env (SEC846 follow-up) Post-merge read of #242: job_blocks() recognised only block-style job headers, so an extra unguarded job written as an inline mapping was invisible, and workflow-level defaults.run.shell / env were not checked. job_blocks() now rejects every job declaration it cannot parse and assert_promotion_guard() rejects workflow-level defaults and env, with red controls for the three reported inputs.
