Two browser CI attempts reached the final compatibility command before hitting the 15-minute job limit. Conformance jobs now have a finite 20-minute bound; integration jobs retain 15 minutes. All six conformance and three integration shards, commands and reports remain. The partition test uses the actual six-shard matrix.
Validation: nine runner tests, the complete 44-check shard locally in 485.824 seconds, and the complete corrected workflow. The complete corrected regression passes all 16 jobs. Nine runner checks and the asset audit pass after ordinary parent-squash reconciliation; unchanged interpreter/package/offline evidence is retained.
