Building for the new Stable ABI creates a single wheel for both GILful and free-threaded Python 3.15+ (cp315-abi3.abi3t) but must happen in a free-threaded interpreter until setuptools drops that requirement. Fixes: openslide#340 Signed-off-by: Benjamin Gilbert <bgilbert@cs.cmu.edu>
