Add keybinds to donate troops and gold to the player under the cursor 🤝 - #6212
Adds two new keybinds that donate to the ally or teammate whose territory is under your mouse cursor. Before, you had to open the radial menu to donate.
Donate Troops (default J): sends your attack ratio's share of your troops to that player straight away, the same amount the radial menu's donate troops button sends.
Donate Gold (default O): opens the send-gold modal for that player, the same one the radial menu's donate gold button opens.
Both keybinds only work when the radial menu would offer the matching donate button: the player under the cursor must be an ally or teammate, must be connected, and the game must allow the donation (canDonateTroops / canDonateGold). They do nothing during the spawn phase, for spectators, or when the cursor is over unowned land or an enemy.
Both keybinds can be changed in Settings > Keybinds. Their labels and descriptions are in en.json.
Tests:
InputHandler.test.ts: J and O send the donate events with the last mouse position.
MainRadialMenuDonate.test.ts: the troops keybind donates the attack ratio's share to a friendly player and skips enemies, disconnected teammates and players who can't take troops; the gold keybind opens the send-gold modal only when gold can be donated.

Walkthrough
The client adds configurable keybinds for troop and gold donations. The keybinds emit events with cursor coordinates. MainRadialMenu checks recipient eligibility and donation permissions before donating troops or opening the send-gold modal.

Donation keybinds and event data src/client/InputHandler.ts, src/client/UserSettings.ts, src/client/UserSettingModal.ts, resources/lang/en.json, tests/InputHandler.test.ts
The settings UI adds troop and gold donation keybinds, with defaults J and O. InputHandler emits donation events with the latest mouse coordinates. Tests verify the emitted events and coordinates.
Donation eligibility and actions src/client/hud/layers/MainRadialMenu.ts, src/client/hud/layers/PlayerPanel.ts, tests/client/graphics/MainRadialMenuDonate.test.ts, tests/client/graphics/layers/PlayerPanelActions.test.ts
MainRadialMenu validates the selected recipient and loads tile actions. It donates the attack-ratio share of troops when permitted, or opens the send-gold modal when gold donations are permitted. The modal can now control whether its next hide is suppressed. Tests cover donation eligibility and modal dismissal behavior.
The donation shortcuts are mergeable with a bounded follow-up: a delayed gold lookup can open the modal after a map click dismissed it. Canceling pending checks on that click would prevent the unexpected reopening.

Checked for bugs and CLAUDE.md compliance. The new keybinds check the same things the radial menu does before it offers its donate buttons: isFriendly and !isDisconnected, canDonateTroops and canDonateGold, and no donating during the spawn phase. The troops amount is Math.floor(attackRatio * troops), the same as the center button. The gold keybind calls openSendGoldModal(actions, tile, recipient) with the same arguments as donateGoldRadialElement. J and O don't clash with any other default keybind, and the new UI text goes through translateText() with keys added to en.json.
Both donation handlers use lastMouseX and lastMouseY, which start at (0, 0) and are updated only by mousemove. A donation key released before the first mousemove may target the map position beneath (0, 0) rather than the cursor.
Troops may be sent to, or the gold modal opened for, an unintended eligible player.
This can occur when: A player presses J or O after joining a match but before a mousemove reaches the window.

Update both donation handlers in InputHandler so pressing J or O before the
first mousemove uses the current cursor position rather than the default (0, 0)
coordinates. Reuse the existing pointer-position source if available, while
preserving the handlers’ normal behavior after mouse movement.
Add negative donation cases for the spectator, spawn-phase, and invalid-coordinate guards.
The shared setup fixture fixes isSpectator to false, inSpawnPhase to false, and isValidCoord to true. No test in this file sets them to other values. Removing these guards from donateAt does not change the result of any added test. Add overrides to setup and negative cases to the troop it.each. Each guard then has a test that fails when the guard is removed.

One thing inline. CodeRabbit's point about lastMouseX/lastMouseY starting at (0, 0) is real too: the other cursor keybinds go through getTileUnderCursor, which bails until the first mousemove, so could you do the same here rather than treating the top-left corner as the cursor.
I checked for bugs and CLAUDE.md compliance. What changed in this range:
InputHandler: lastMouseX/lastMouseY now start as null. The J/O donate keybinds do nothing until the mouse has moved. The quick-chat and emoji-menu keybinds fall back to 0, which is what they did before. Every read of these fields handles null.
PlayerPanel.openSendGoldModal takes a new suppressNextHide parameter that defaults to true, so the radial menu behaves as before. The gold keybind passes false. That is correct because no click opened the panel, so no MouseUpEvent from a click needs to be skipped, and the next canvas click closes the panel.
New tests cover these cases: no donation before the first mousemove, for spectators, during the spawn phase, or at an invalid cursor position, plus both suppressNextHide paths.
I checked for bugs and CLAUDE.md compliance. What changed in this range:
MainRadialMenu.donateAt now stamps its own menuRequest token. A donate result that comes back late is dropped if the view was closed in the meantime (CloseViewEvent/CloseRadialMenuEvent/closeMenu clear the token) or if another request replaced it. This follows the same pattern the context-menu path already uses.
After the actions resolve, donateAt checks again that game.owner(tile) is still the same recipient. PlayerViews are cached per player, so comparing them by identity is reliable.
Two new tests cover these cases: the view closes before the actions resolve, and the tile changes owner before they resolve.
Checked for bugs and CLAUDE.md compliance. The new pendingDonations set lets rapid keybind donations all complete, where before a later one cancelled the earlier one. Pending donations are still dropped on CloseViewEvent, CloseRadialMenuEvent, ContextMenuEvent and closeMenu(), and every one of those is triggered by the user. The recipient is now checked again (friendly and connected) after actions() resolves, and the two new tests cover both changes.
Add a test for a recipient that disconnects after an action is emitted.
The test "does not donate if the recipient disconnects or becomes hostile before actions resolve" only makes the recipient hostile. The completion check in src/client/hud/layers/MainRadialMenu.ts still returns through its isFriendly condition if recipient.isDisconnected() is removed. The test passes either way, so a friendly recipient that disconnects after emission can receive a late donation without a failing test. Add a case that sets recipient.isDisconnected = () => true; after the emits, while the recipient stays friendly.

+ it("does not donate if the recipient disconnects before actions resolve", async () => {+ const { bus, recipient, playerPanel, donations } = setup();++ bus.emit(new DoDonateTroopsEvent(50, 60));+ bus.emit(new DoDonateGoldEvent(50, 60));+ recipient.isDisconnected = () => true;+ await flush();++ expect(donations).toHaveLength(0);+ expect(playerPanel.openSendGoldModal).not.toHaveBeenCalled();+ });

Add a separate test alongside the existing donation completion test that emits
both donation actions, then marks the recipient disconnected while leaving it
friendly, and flushes the pending actions. Assert that no donation occurs and
the gold modal is not opened, so the disconnect guard is independently covered.
