Print progress as files compile, which helps reading CI logs.

Upstream PRs: HaxeFoundation/hxcpp#1140 and HaxeFoundation/hxcpp#1423. Use Log.lock instead of a second print mutex, and count a file when it finishes rather than when it starts.
