No actionable findings. The 57-to-22-line consolidation reuses canonical security guidance while preserving additional safeguards, ownership instructions, section anchors, and large-payload compatibility requirements.

AGENTS.md duplicates the contributor security policy. Link that policy and compress remaining instructions, reducing the file from 500 to 299 whitespace-delimited words (40%).
Keep the additional offline/live-test rules, diagnostic compatibility and warnings, publishing protections, security review scope, boundary-appropriate regression coverage, and large-payload compatibility constraints inline. Preserve all section anchors and generation/ownership guidance.
Validation: basic semantic review against the original and linked policies; checked relative links, heading anchors, whitespace, and handwritten ownership. No Java/Kotlin tests run for this documentation-only change; repository lint/format scripts target Kotlin and Java source.
