Align local-publish coordinates with the build version
After this version bump, publishToMavenLocal installs the artifacts as 4.100.0, but the local-development instructions in CONTRIBUTING.md lines 139-152 still tell users to depend on 4.93.0. Anyone following that documented workflow will therefore get an unresolved local dependency unless an old 4.93.0 artifact happens to exist; update the release-please-managed snippet alongside this version change.
