Summary

First slice of spec 213 (Task API; the contract lives in Beacon's specs/213-task-api). Tests only, no src/ change.

The next slice moves the comment rules and the restore rule out of TaskBoardManageController and gives the form constraints one home. These tests pin the UI's output first, so that slice can be read as a refactor and proven by these same tests, unchanged.

Test class Pins
UiCommentsCharacterizationTest add, edit, delete: status, Location, flash, log lines, events; who may do what; readers_can_comment; the panel fragment; each viewer's controls on the task page
UiRestoreCharacterizationTest restore with the host's limit: restored, completed, refused, not archived, forged token; history row
UiFormsCharacterizationTest the constraints of the six write forms; title over size, javascript: link, start after due

Byte-level comparison

Rendered markup differs across the CI matrix, so no golden files are committed. With TASK_BOARD_CHARACTERIZE_DIR set, the tests write the pages with ids and dates masked, so two checkouts on one vendor can be diffed.

Gates run locally

PHP 8.2, Symfony per composer update: full PHPUnit (1462 tests, 5 skipped), PHPStan, cs-check.

Not for merge until the coordinator's audit step.

…pec 213 S0)

Pins what the UI answers before the rules behind it move in the next slice:
status, Location, flashes, log lines, events and history for the comment and
restore routes, and the constraints of the six write forms. No src change.

With TASK_BOARD_CHARACTERIZE_DIR set the tests also write the pages with ids and
dates masked, so two checkouts on one vendor can be compared byte by byte.
