This isn't a Node bug, it's on the Homebrew side: their simdutf formula moved from icu4c@78 to icu4c@79 last week (commit), and your installed ada-url and merve still have the old dependency list recorded, so
brew reinstall ada-url merveshould let you remove icu4c@78. If it still refuses after that, Homebrew/homebrew-core is the right place to report it, since the node formula is maintained there and not in this repo.
