Documents retention periods: analytics data and assistant conversations are kept 365 days (so All time covers at most a year), and audit logs 455 days instead of up to one year. Updates the mint-instructions topics publish/analytics and access/team.
Based on a merged backend change that re-lands age-based retention for analytics, assistant and audit data; replaces #8321, closed after that change was briefly reverted. Draft because deletion may not be live yet; mark ready once it is. Duplicate check: open and recent docs PRs for "retention", "audit log", "analytics data"; none cover this.
