Renames the Granular publishing editor setting to Show teammates' changes, documents choosing which of your own changes to publish with the setting off, and drops the removed hidden-changes notice.

Based on merged dashboard changes that remove that notice, rename the setting and add checkboxes for your own changes. Duplicate check: open docs PRs for "publish", "granular" and the author's PRs; none cover it.

Overview
Updates the Publish and Settings docs to match the renamed editor setting Show teammates' changes (formerly Granular publishing), including keywords, section titles, and links to #show-teammates-changes.

The Publish specific changes section is rewritten to match current UI behavior: with the setting off, the menu still lists Your changes with per-item checkboxes (and no mention of a hidden-teammates notice or Discard all scoped to your list). With it on, behavior is described as two sections with separate Discard actions. Wording shifts from “granular publishing” to selecting changes to publish where scope rules apply.
