Disposable rollout verification for server#10530 and server#10540. Do not merge. Only the two synthetic fixture pages are marked public so the existing generator can run on this otherwise private preview. Project authentication settings are unchanged. Verify the hosted root index, linked sub-indexes with organization login, public full file, and initial creation plus edit/add/remove rebuild behavior.
