Fixes #1025

Adds a short AGENTS.md with the conventions agents and new contributors can't get from the code: generated sync methods, the v1 facade, per-cell allocation, test frameworks, benchmark filters and the README_V2.md docs. It links CONTRIBUTING.md and repeats its AI usage policy in one line.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Added contributor guidance on repository layout, async-generated sync methods, allocation and framework compatibility constraints, test targets, pull request requirements, benchmark commands and settings, and v2 documentation.

Correct the benchmark-filter guidance.

Program.cs registers only three benchmark classes. XlsxAsyncBenchmark has benchmark methods but is not registered, so *MiniExcel* can omit its async benchmarks. The guidance should describe the registered benchmark set instead of every benchmark.

Suggested fix
- Select methods with a filter that includes the class name, e.g. `--filter '*QueryExcelBenchmark.MiniExcel*'`. The namespace contains "MiniExcel", so `*MiniExcel*` alone runs every benchmark.

Update the benchmark-filter guidance in AGENTS.md to clarify that `*MiniExcel*`
runs every benchmark registered by `Program.cs`, not every benchmark in the
codebase; preserve the class-specific filter example.
