What changed in this PR
Refreshes the C/C++ extension’s localization catalogs with 195 added strings across 13 locales, incorporating the generated update while preserving prior translation corrections. The net changes affect no runtime source or existing translation values.
Changes:
- Adds command and setting translations for hover information and inactive-region folding.
- Adds descriptions for optional include-cleaner mappings.
- Adds localized analysis diagnostics, size/alignment labels, and server configuration help.

Summary
Imports the current generated localization update from #14014 without rewriting its history. A separate correction commit restores all 89 applicable translation fixes from #14790 and corrects 29 errors in the new translations.
The audit covers all 284 changed values across 13 locales, including the 195 newly translated values. Corrections preserve command/configuration literals and diagnostic argument roles, fix grammar and terminology, and clarify type-size/alignment hover information, integer constants, and optional include-cleaner mappings. The generated
localizationbranch and PR are unchanged.Validation
jsonc-parser.git diff --checkpasses.maincontains only 195 added localization values in 26 files, with no changes to existing values or runtime source.
