What changed in this PR
Extends Fabric CLI support to eight item types, including WarehouseSnapshot creation parameters, documentation and command tests.
Changes:
- Registers item types, endpoints and supported commands.
- Adds Plan lifecycle tests and WarehouseSnapshot creation coverage.
- Updates documentation, playback recordings and release notes.
