No MDL to set the documentation of an existing microflow (ALTER MICROFLOW ... SET DOCUMENTATION) #1688

What happens

There is no MDL statement to set or change the documentation of an existing microflow. create or modify microflow refuses a Studio Pro-owned template flow (for example ApplicationBase.ASU_Main of the Atlas/starter app) with a rebuild (MDL-V1-REBUILD), and alter microflow has no documentation clause. So lint rule QUAL002 (missing documentation) on such a flow cannot be fixed from MDL.

For entities there is alter entity ... set documentation; microflows and nanoflows have nothing equivalent.

Expected

alter microflow M.F set documentation '...' (and the same for nanoflows), working on flows that were authored in Studio Pro.

Reproduction

Flow created in Studio Pro with an empty documentation; add a call to it with alter microflow (works); try to set its documentation: no syntax exists, and create or modify microflow refuses it.
