Registers mcpp-plugins 0.19.1 in the three platform tables, moves
latest, and records what the release changes.v0.19.1cmp)f5da4f55683d9c3e2eeb94d303756df788b1e3ec6319eff045c02189cca66d8dPackage floor unchanged: mcpp 2026.10.1.3.
mcpp::plugins::json::valueno longer holdsstd::pair<std::string, value>, which clang with libstdc++'sstdmodule refused. That is the combination an editor's clangd uses to read a project built with GCC, so before this release every build program importing a member showed its imports as missing modules in the editor; builds were unaffected. Source-compatible. mcpp-community/mcpp-plugins#46, mcpp-community/mcpp-plugins#47.
