Reviewed canonical package identity, header-only anchor, pinned upstream archive/hash and checkout index. The vector/queue assertions test observable behavior. The selected tray member now includes the proper declaration for setenv. Local mcpp 2026.10.1.2 test passes; every current CI check passes (conditional reporting jobs are skipped). No unresolved review findings.
