Let the podman test runner be sourced like run-tests.sh

fmsg-mcp's end-to-end runner sources test/run-tests.sh to get the API URLs and keys it exports. Under podman it can't use that script: podman-compose 1.6.0 can't read test/docker-compose.test.yml (depends_on: !override with condition: entries, containers/podman-compose#1562). It can't source run-tests-podman.sh either, because that script ends in exec.

This change:

• lets test/run-tests-podman.sh be sourced: the docker wrapper stays on PATH, and FMSG_PODMAN_SHIM_DIR names its directory so the caller can remove it;
• removes the wrapper directory on exit when the script is run directly. Before, the exec meant the EXIT trap never ran.

Running it directly works as before. The matching fmsg-mcp change is in markmnl/fmsg-mcp#18.
