The repo had no CI and had not been updated since 2021. The pinned Serverless v1 and serverless-localstack no longer deploy.
serverless.yml:frameworkVersion: "3"runtime: python3.11, since the v3 schema rejects python3.12${sls:stage}and${aws:region}, since v3 cannot resolveself:provider.regionpackage.jsonusesserverless ^3.40.0andserverless-localstack ^1.4.0.package-lock.jsonis regenerated.install,start,stop,deploy,testandremove.test.shcreates, reads, lists, updates and deletes a todo through the API.Content-Type: application/json. Without it, LocalStack's API Gateway re-encodes the body as form data and the Lambda fails to parse it.make install deploy test.Tested locally against LocalStack.
