✅ CI now runs only when a pull request or a push to main changes source or build files:
modules/,tests/andtest_package/CMakeLists.txtandconanfile.py.clang-format,.clang-tidy,.pre-commit-config.yaml)Docs and README changes no longer build and test the package on every platform. Manual runs (
workflow_dispatch) are unchanged.mainhas no required status checks, so pull requests that skip CI can still merge.This follows the
paths:filters in libhal-arm-mcu'sv2.yml.The Markdown spellcheck runs in the lint job, so it now runs on docs-only changes only through local pre-commit.
