Includes cache.c and runs it against a fake backend and clock, so no mount and no sleeping. Known gaps are strict expected failures.
Run the unit suite in the Linux build jobs and under ASan and UBSan.
Builds sshfs against macFUSE 5.4.0, runs the cache unit tests and the hostname tests, and does a startup smoke test. Runners can't mount.
Catches the bug class behind issue 373 without a mount.

On macOS, run sshfs without
-funder a DYLD shim that fails if the mount starts beforefuse_daemonize(), the ordering problem from #373. Builds on #395.
