…geplant README (de/en): Statt „die App bleibt kostenlos“ steht jetzt: kostenlos während der Beta, ab 1.0 ausprobieren und mit einer einmaligen Zahlung freischalten. KI mit eigenem Zugang (Cloud oder lokal) kostet nichts extra; Plotwerk+ mit eingebauter KI ist als optionales Abo geplant. Name und Icon sind nicht Teil der Lizenz (auch in CONTRIBUTING). Entscheidung als E18 in docs/architektur.md. CLAUDE.md: Commits immer mit Sign-off. Der Abschnitt nannte nur Claude API und Foundry. Jetzt stehen dort auch Ollama und LM Studio (lokal, ohne Schlüssel und Kosten) sowie OpenAI, OpenRouter, Qwen und eigene URL, dazu der Hinweis, dass andere Modelle nicht abgestimmt sind und es für sie keine Kostenschätzung gibt. „Ohne Internet funktioniert alles außer der KI“ gilt mit lokalem Modell nicht mehr.
